⭐️ 1 star — Very disappointing I was excited to come here while traveling for work and wanted to end my trip with a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the massage was cut short, and the woman who assisted me was rude and had an attitude throughout. At checkout, **I paid by card and selected “no tip,” intending to leave a cash tip afterward. Before I even had the chance, she turned the screen toward me and, in a demanding tone, asked, “Are you paying the tip in cash or card?” She then said, “Everyone who comes here tips.” I was shocked and asked if she was forcing me to tip. She then looked at her partner and spoke negatively about me. After that interaction, I chose not to leave a tip. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. If you value a peaceful and respectful experience, I would think twice before booking here.
